Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a full return.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Always include your name, contact information, and order number inside or outside the shipping box/s. Once received, we will inspect your return to make sure the items were returned in their original state. Once your return is accepted, we will refund your order (minus shipping fees).
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Non-returnable items:
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Large orders:
Orders including 5 or more units of the same item, special orders above $2,500, and orders that require a special purchase from the manufacturer are not eligible for a return. Returns for items that arrived damaged or defective, as well as replacements, are always accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus shipping fees) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
